Ranjita Pradeep, Founder of Ayurda Refresco Coffee, was recently recognised as a Hospitality Women Achiever at the International Hospitality Day awards ceremony — hosted by the International Hospitality Council (IHC) and the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) Bangalore Chapter in Bengaluru (March–April 2026).
The recognition honours her entrepreneurial contributions to India's food and beverage sector, and specifically for elevating the specialty coffee experience through innovation.
